You may have already heard that this industry is new and that many of the businesses involved are somewhat dubious. Thirdly, we do not start the program until you have read and understand everything about our program.  We require you read and sign all contracts prior to beginning.  We then call to make sure you understand everything again before officially starting.  We then make an attempt to contact you every month to make sure you still understand the program.   We feel that understanding this program is very important and strive to do just that!  It is important to know that Individual results may vary and are dependent on successful completion of program and ability to save funds. Lastly, we are one of the few companies in the industry that provides a real money-back guarantee if your case is accepted.  At program completion if your total debt reduction is less than 3 times the Service Fees you have paid to us, we will refund a portion of those Service fees. The amount of the refund will be calculated so that the amount of Service Fees we retain is equal to only 1/3 of your total Debt Reduction. Please keep in mind that Retainer Fees are generally non-refundable.
