Can I change my draft date?
Please keep in mind that clients must commit to making a consistent monthly payment in order to ensure the success of their program. However, if you do need to change the date your payments are being made or the amount, you should provide at least 5 business days notice to your payment processing company. If you are experiencing a hardship and need to skip a monthly payment altogether, we will also try to accommodate you - but please keep in mind that this will have a negative impact on your program's success.
