Will my debts be "Charged-Off"?
Whether or not your debts get charged off depends on both how quickly you can save money to settle them and individual creditor procedures. Some of our clients' debts do get charged off; however, "charging off" is merely an accounting convention and does not change our negotiation strategy.*
* Disclaimer - Individual results may vary and are dependent on successful completion of program and ability to save funds. ClearOne Advantage does not assume or pay any debt, nor does it provide legal advice or offer credit repair. Read and understand the contract terms before enrolling.
