How it works

Will these debts be sent to collection agencies?
Creditors make every effort to collect the debt in-house first before sending your debts to a collection agency. Creditors like to avoid this option because they receive pennies on the dollar once debts are sold to a collection agency. They would much prefer to hold onto the debt and receive a settlement from you. Nonetheless, debts are sent to third-party collection agencies. This does not change our strategy as we successfully negotiate with both original creditors and collection agencies.
