How are the payments made to the creditors?
Once an acceptable settlement has been reached with a creditor, it will be presented to you for approval. Upon your approval of the settlement and with your authorization, the funds to pay the settlement will usually be sent directly to the creditor or collector from your settlement account. Once the full settlement payment is made, that’s it, that debt is resolved!
