Do I need to close my accounts?
Yes, you absolutely should close your accounts immediately after signing up for our program. It looks much better on your Credit Report if it says: "Account Closed by Consumer" rather than "Account Closed by Creditor."
So after signing up for the program, you should call up your creditors and close all the accounts as soon as possible.
